He is saving up for one of these little "chips" you can put into your "D.S Lite" to store hundreds of games with one card. Does anyone else understand this....

Mmm, anyway, I said "OK, I want you to model something for me. I need to take some photos so I can put it on the website......"
So, one of my pink T-shirts later, a bit of tucking here and there, a little girly "stance" training... et voila......Here he is modelling a lovely shabby and sassy frilly apron for me! You've got to laugh! Well, he did say he'd do anything! He is now 50 cents richer!
Lots of new goodies have been added to the website this morning and a few to my Etsy shop. Click on the pics for a better look around at what has been added.
I was in a notebook covering frenzy on the weekend. I first made one for a friend for her birthday then decided it was so pretty I'd better make some more!
The house is coming along too.....
Bye for now, Kathryn. XX

Lots of pretties...
And making your Lad wear a girly and oh so cute apron surely deserves $1!!!
The house is comming along,I checked it out this morning...Very onward and upward!
These are absolutely darling goodies! I love the post title, so intriguing! :)
gorgeous shabby goodies...(just been reading rachel ashwells blog...sad she is closing down all her shops)..
BUT KATHRYN...I THINK that wonderful pose deserves at least a DOLLAR..!! 50 cents is a bit cheap for THAT wonderful pose..
xx andrea
Don't you just love 8 year olds!! No no only pay him 50 cents, as a mother of a 15 year old you need to save every penny ... hahaha
slave labour! yes, I understand the little chip thing for the DS. only my hubby is the one that wanted it in our house!! and I do think the little guy deserves more than 50 cents! hehe
More wonderful goodies Kathryn. Tell your son I can see him in Next Top Model in a few years!!
love the covered notebooks. 50cents!! definitely worth more. Specially for a DS chip!
My son is also saving for the DS chip - $55 with 180 games isn't bad! Your notebook covers are adorable, I've been telling myself to make some more, but just haven't got around to it yet! I noticed your stunning apron earlier when I took a peek at your things and actually wondered whether it was one of your boys posing! Lol he looks great!
Best wishes,
Jenelle
Lovely makes, you've been a busy bee. Cracked up at the image of your son in the skirt! I've been wanting to make some headbands and wondering about getting Harry to allow me to use his head!

So much loveliness on your blog...I just say AHHH!!!
And say to your lovely boy..that he did a fantasic job!!! :o)
Well it's certainly an easy way to earn extra money, you would never know it's your son!!! It's hard to take a picture of yourself, so this is a great idea!!
Love your pretty, shabby chic makes, they're gorgeous!!
Have a great week : )

What an enterprising lad - he'll go far... not afraid of working for his pay!!
Too cute!
Loving the new stuff and your new model ;o) House is coming along too, it's great to see a house go up from scratch. x
Hilarious!
He works very cheaply... watch out for a price rise in the near future.
Your covered notebooks are so pretty, and such a good little lad modelling for his mum, really made me smile
Oh that is so funny. I hope you have some photos with his head in them too- that would be fabulous for his 21st birthday photo board.

That apron is lovely...the cushion and throw are pretty too!
What a lovely post, your very clever at making things!xxx
Lots of bautiful work! Plus you are having some fun with your boy! He doesn't charge that much... You should pay him a little more! :) :)
Beautiful work, your photography is grand. And your model is so.... lovely!
Cheers,
Dionne
Love all your pretties Kathryn - especially the notebooks. I think it is time someone older and wiser had a whisper in Master 8's ear about brokering a better payment deal. Surely all that pink deserves some kind of humiliation allowance or extra loading...LOL.
Got to admire his work ethics though - well done Master 8.

Master 8 looks good - I agree with many - that pose is definitly worth more than 50 cents!!
Thank youXX
Love all these things, especially the quilt and pillow. Your shops are looking gorgeous with lots of variety.
Hi Kathryn,
YES YES YES I do get what you mean about that little card thingy. Both my girls have DS's & it's amazing what I can get them to do if I say NO MORE DS if you dont......!
He did well for you, looks super cute! Your apron is just beautiful, as is the quilt & pillow & those note books are just adorable.
Hope you all have a fab weekend

Your poor lad - that's given me a giggle this evening. So you tutored him in 'girly stances'? He he!
