Fun Holiday Art....

As you may have guessed, I am having a lot of fun at the moment creating mosaics!
This one is inspired by my creative offspring....
They have been drawing, cutting, sticking, pasting, painting.....and all on their own! How nice it is to be left alone, not being told "I'm bored" every two minutes of the day!!!
Here is a snippet of what they have been doing.
(Take note of the self portrait Master 8 did, in the centre, complete with brush in one hand and portrait in the other!!)

And what have I been up to? More on that next post.
How are your kids entertaining themselves these holidays?

i on the other hand have done nothing except dream of what i should be doing!!

Hi Kathryn my kids found their Leggo blocks which had been packed away while renovating so they have been busy playing with them. The have been nice and quiet well sometimes so I have been busy sewing. 1 more week to go. Take care Carol

Isn't it great when they happily amuse themselves.

My girls have spent all week catching up with their friends and doing sleepovers. Sometimes I forget who is sleeping at my house and where my children are... oh well, as long as they all get fed and come or go home eventually!! I even had one night when I found myself at home alone with Gypsy. Aahh, the peace and serenity!!

Great stuff Shabby! I left my chatterbox at Granny's for a few days. Bigger ones tend to entertain themselves most of the time. I'm very busy sewing!!!
