Signing off...just for a little while.

I just wanted to (quickly) pop in and say that I will be signing off for a couple of weeks to concentrate on the house. With only two weeks to go we are going mental trying to get as much as we can finished in time before we move. Painting, flooring, tiling, packing, cleaning....you know the drill.

The school holidays don't help much either....... I think a few "plays" with friends will be in order!

Anyway, I hope you are all well and happy, and I'll "see" you in the new house......whoohoo!

Packing it......

Yes, the packing has begun in a big way, at our place, ready for our move in......4 weeks time.

Oh, My, Goodness!!!

In one way, it cannot come quick enough.

In another way, there is so much to be done before we do move.

I cleaned out our linen cupboard last week. As I was doing it, I said to myself, "why on earth do we have so much CRAP?"......more than half went to the Salvo's.

Well, people do keep telling me to be ruthless!!!!

I also did the kitchen cupboards, my wardrobe, the bookcase, the lounge room and some of the boy's room.

I think will leave the office/sewing room until last.....or perhaps I could clean it out now and sneakily start taking stuff up to my new designated sewing room and move in before "moving in"..........Mmmm, I think that sounds like a better idea.
