A total split.....

We discovered this had happened to the kitchen island bench a few days ago.
I know, how bad is that!
The Kitchen people were supposed to come and have a look at it today...it's nearly 3pm...do you think they will come? After a few "stuff-up's" with said Kitchen people, I would not recommend them to anyone. 'Nuff said.
Moving on.....
I made these today for the Christmas section of the website (which is still to be uploaded).
Time is running out, so I must get it together and do it, soon.

Thanks also to Katrina Chambers who passed on "The Splash" award to me some time ago. The Splash award is given to someone who is supposedly....

alluring,amusing,inspiring,bewitching and impressive!
Gosh, I've never been labelled those things in my life, so, how lovely!!!
Thanks Katrina!
Now to pass them on to 9 bloggers.....
Kids are back at school today. All is well.

Good luck.... I don't think anyone can deny that needs fixing though.

Duly noted on those "Kitchen" peeps! If I ever have to build me a kitchen in Australia I will stay away from them! Thanks for the warning. That split sounds like a terrible mishap and what a waste of time. Why can't people do it the right way the first time and pay attention to the grain of wood they are building stuff like that with??? Some peeps are so careless. I hope they do come by and get it taken care of.

Hey, I was going to congratulate you on you award ( and I still will, LOL!) when I noticed you had passed it on to me!!! Thanks a bunch buddy! I appreciate that...and congratulations to you! You deserve it!

I will be interested to hear how you go with the 'kitchen' people. Next year we will probably redo our kitchen and they wre one of the companies we were considering!!!

Here I was lamenting about your kitchen woes and about to post a comment, when I read on and discovered not only had you received an award (which you DO deserve) but you have passed one on to me - thank you sweetie. I appreciate it.

Back to that kitchen dillema, what a bugger!!! Hope the kitchen guy turned up.

Your Christmas stockings are so cute!
Have you ever made Christmas tree skirts (for the base of the tree)? I would make one myself, except I am too busy with the new baby and my 3 year old these days. haha
